Whether you drive down a street, work in a bank, deliver a package, expect a package, cameras are documenting many of our everyday activities. Our phones, our computers, a child’s nursery, doorbells even trails in the woods can host a camera to digitally record daily events.
There are some people that aggressively believe ‘big brother watching’ us violates our rights and our privacy. The truth is God has been watching us since before we were born. God sees all.
The eyes of the LORD are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good. Proverbs 15:3
God sees us. God knows us. He knows what we are going through, what we are thinking, what our struggles and battles are. He knows what our heart desires, He knows.
Cameras are generally put in place to document wrongdoings. Traffic cams catch speeders, bank cameras catch thieves, nanny cams catch abuse. God watches not to catch us but to help us, to bless us.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. Psalm 32:8
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:17
God sees you and loves you. He loves each of us despite the messy stuff He sees in our lives. He loves. He sees and He loves. Let us remember when we see the cameras on our phones, pads, laptops, street corners, doorbells, that He sees us and loves us.
Father God, we are so grateful that You see us, that You know us, that Your heart is for us. Thank You, precious Lord. Help us to be seeking Your face, Your thoughts, Your will for our lives each day, each hour, each moment. You are worth it and we are grateful. Thank You Lord Jesus, we love and appreciate You, in Your Name we pray. Amen.
